Teaming up with our partner, Trabian, we embarked on a research mission on behalf of a west coast bank. Our goal? To unearth untapped markets in the digital banking realm.
After diving deep into our investigations, it became very clear: older adults aged 70 and above were being overlooked and underserved.
We took charge in naming, branding, and designing an exploratory prototype with the needs of aging adults front and center. Our top priorities were beefing up security measures to combat fraud and safeguard their hard-earned assets.
